How to Earn Money Learning Center

With the newly purchased land, I decided to make a learning center to help people learn how to earn money. I don't like the phrase "How to Make Money". You can't. You must earn it. I'm going to work on putting up a lot of content on the different ways you can earn lindens in Second Life. So many people keep asking me how to make money. I'd rather just direct them to a location where they don't have to keep asking me the same questions. The sim is very slow with script performance and simply walking around. Not many people here usually. I can see why MoHaRoBa moved out. I have my suspicions who the culprit is behind the performance issues here.
